How do I create an account on the SANU Coin App

Step 1: Download the SANU App.
For Android Users: Visit the Google Play Store and search for "SANU Coin." For iOS Users: Visit the Apple App Store and search for "SANU Coin." Alternatively, you can download the app directly from our website

Step 2: Launch the App
Open the SANU Coin app on your device.

Step 3: Sign Up
- Tap on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button.
- Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Create a secure password for your account.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Tap on "Register" or "Sign Up" to proceed.
- Provide selfie and govt-issued ID for KYC

Step 4: Verify Your Email and Phone Number
Check your email for a verification link and click on it to verify your email address. You may also receive an SMS with a verification code; enter this code in the app to verify your phone number.

Step 5: Complete Your Profile
Log in to the app using your registered email and password. Navigate to the "Settings" section. Provide additional information as required, such as your Bank details

How can I view my transactions?

On the SANU app, click "settings" (at the bottom right corner) and the click "transactions" to view your transaction history and status

What happens when I change my device or download a new SANU app?

Your account remains unaffected, simply login to the app and continue where you left off.

What are the KYC requirements for the SANU app?

Here are the KYC requirements for regular users on the SANU app
Name, Email, Phone number, Facial recognition, and Govt ID.
Allowed IDs: NIN (for Nigerians), International Passports and driver's licenses.

For 1 kg gold/10 kg silver daily limit (in addition to the above)
Source of Funds, nd aAML/CFT declaration

For Gold Club Members
On application after tier III purchases

How do I delete my account on SANU?

We’re sorry to see you go—but if you’ve decided to delete your SANU account, the process is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Open the SANU App. Launch the app on your mobile device and make sure you’re logged into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Settings. Tap on the gear icon in the bottom -right corner of the screen to open the Settings page.
Scroll to the Bottom. Once you’re in the Settings menu, scroll all the way down. You’ll see an option labeled “Delete account”.
Confirm Deletion. Tap “Delete account”. You’ll be asked to confirm that you really want to delete your account. If you’re sure, go ahead and confirm by selecting “Yes”.

⚠️ Please note: Deleting your account is permanent. This will erase your profile, transaction history, wallet data, and any Sanucoin you currently hold in the app. There is no way to recover this information once the deletion is complete.
